Suit Sleeves Length| Suit Jacket Sleeves

When it comes to men's fashion and style there are a lot of questions related to men's style, especially the suits. One of very famous question is that
What is the proper length of sleeves of a suit jacket? or How long should suit jacket sleeves should go?

People complain that every custom tailors or custom clothier tell them different answers when they question about the correct length of suit jacket sleeves.

Simple answer is that
You have to expose some of your shirt cuffs and half inch of your shirt cuffs should show below your suit jacket sleeves. Just let your shirt sleeves pop out little.
One more thing, don't pay attention to every tailor or fashion guru because you will end up in hiding your shirt sleeves under your suit jacket.

How To Match Ties With Shirts

How to Pair Ties With Your Shirts? A very frequently asked question by men who care a lot about their style.

Ties give your appearance a final touch and it is very necessary for you to have matching ties and shirts. So you are saying that you get confused when it comes to matching your ties with your shirts, And you definitely need a solution to this problem.

Well sometimes so simple things in life get your trapped badly and you get confused. Ties and shirts have a very close relationship, White shirt is like a blank canvas and you can wear almost any tie over a white shirt. Shirts in solid colors are real friends of ties. White shirt is cool with any tie but wear white shirt everyday is not a good idea, it will make you look more boring. Another good idea is to have solid pink shirt or blue shirt with a patterned tie. The overall concept is to let your shirt pull the highlights for your tie.
If you want to wear light color shirts then a tie with a darker color ( with a hint of your shirt color) can do the trick for you.

If you are going for a bold patterned shirt than you need a solid color tie to match your "louder shirt".

My last words for today, wear what exactly you feel good about and don't impose any unnecessary item in your clothing. Take public opinion in your mind as public has to see you all the day in your environment, so keep their behavior in mind while selecting your ties and shirts.

Tailoring & Men Style Tips

Today I thought to make a quick blog post about some tailoring tips. These tips will help you in understanding the custom tailoring especially men's custom suits.

Suit Sleeves: Your suit sleeves should reach the wrist of your crease in an ideal case. As far as Imparali Custom Tailors are concerned, we are real masters and we do it right.

Three Button Suit: You have got a three button suit for the first time and confused about buttons? Don't worry just button only the middle button of you lovely and stylish suit.

Single Vent or Double Vent? Still confused about single vent or double vent ? Well, let me tell you that single vent is more American in design and style and double vent is more European style. My advice for you is to go with single vent as it looks more classic and cool.

Single Breasted Jacket or Double Breasted Jacket: Wait , let me first tell you what is actually meant by single breasted jacket and double breasted jacket. Well simply, single breasted jacket means a suit jacket having one column of buttons and a narrow overlap of suit fabric. On the other hand double breasted jacket means a suit jacket having two rows of buttons with wider overlap.
For taller men it is really good to have double breasted jackets because double breasted makes a complete sense to a taller guy. Otherwise single breasted is very common one and you can still look very smart in single breasted.

How To Buy A Suit | Some Basics Of Mens Fashion

People come in different sizes and shapes but it is a fact that "off the rack" suits do not come in all sizes. Custom suit is a really cool idea. Custom suits will give you good set of choices for your suit selection. While buying a suit for yourself, you should know about the major details including the fit of a suit. It is always very difficult to find a suit that fits you perfectly. Fit suit jackets are easy to find but when it comes to trousers some are too baggy for you. Some basics of fit include shoulders and chest. As an advice to a beginner it would be suitable to have such suits jackets that hug your shoulders. For chest the common attribute to follow is the "ease with buttons" i.e. you should be able to button it easily.

For different men's body types here are some basic tips which will help many in getting their dream suit.

For gentlemen with some serious muscles, it is good to avoid pocket squares and peak lapels. You don't need skinny appearance but definitely you need to look slim. Use low collared shirts with two button suit jacket to create a V-effect for your body shape.

For the shorter gentlemen, if you want to boost the look of your torso you can use peak lapels. Lower buttons on suit jacket will also be a plus. Showing more cuffs from the bottom of your jacket will make you seem in more proportion.

For the taller gentlemen it will always be the best choice to go for two button suit. Dark colors will not put much impact as compared to light colors. Minimize the cuff show from your suit jacket.

So here you are, now you have got some idea about different considerations for different men sizes and shape. It will be a lot easier for you now to revisit yourself in the mirror and buy your next suit with a fresh confidence.
